Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ilanji Sarees, we take pride in delivering premium collections including Kasavu Sarees, Kasavu Mundus, Set Mundus, Wedding Collections, Cotton sarees, Tissue sarees, and Single Munds crafted with care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Sarees and mundus must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact
• Items must not show any signs of wear, washing, ironing, or alterations
• The delicate fabric must not be damaged or stained
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Customized items: Sarees or mundus with custom embroidery or made-to-order specifications
• Final sale items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Altered sarees: Items that have been stitched, cut, or modified
• Damaged items due to misuse: Products damaged due to improper care or handling

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email ilanjisarees@gmail.com or call 9539711378 within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
3. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
4. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item with all original tags
5. Ship the Return: Send to the address provided by our team

Important: Returns without a Return Authorization Number may be rejected.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For change of mind returns, you are responsible for shipping costs.

Ilanji Sarees Responsibility: We cover return shipping if:

• The item is defective or damaged during transit
• We sent the wrong saree or mundu
• The item significantly differs from its description

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Inspection: 2-3 business days
• Refund Approval: Initiated to your original payment method
• Processing Time: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our error. Contact ilanjisarees@gmail.com if refund not received after 10 days.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different colors, designs, or styles, subject to availability. As each custom piece may be unique, if unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details. We offer:

• Full refund including shipping
• Free replacement
• Partial refund if you keep the item

8. Wrong Item Received

Contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange pickup at no cost and ship the correct item immediately.

9. International Returns

• 7-day return policy applies
• Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
• Use trackable shipping with insurance

10. Cancellations

Before Shipment: Cancel free of charge by contacting us immediately.

After Shipment: Wait to receive, then follow return process.

11. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our Kerala traditional sarees and munds. For quality issues within 6 months due to manufacturing defects, contact us for replacement or refund. Does not cover normal wear, improper washing, or misuse.
